Hello Deb Families,
This week was truly unforgettable for the Debs, filled with laughter, excitement, and the kind of memories that make summer magical. We kicked things off with the Debs Show: Tangled—a dazzling performance that wowed the crowd with creativity, heart, and talent. Every Deb shined on stage, bringing the classic story to life with a special camp twist that had everyone cheering.
Next up was Birthday Night by the Senior A’s, a joyful celebration where campers grouped by season partied together to honor everyone’s special day. With games, cake, and lots of smiles, it was a night full of shared joy and sweet moments, and an adorable theme, Strawberry Shortcake!
The energy kept going strong with Cliff Brodeur, our beloved square dance night on Wednesday! The Debs had a blast spinning and stepping to the rhythm, learning new moves, and soaking up the festive country vibes under the summer sky.
We wrapped up the week with Counselor Hunt, an all-camp hide-and-seek adventure where Debs searched high and low to find cleverly hidden counselors. The thrill of the chase and the team spirit made it one of the week’s biggest highlights!
The Debs had the incredible opportunity to dive deeper into their passions and showcase the skills they’ve been building all summer. Many Debs participated in Soccer Camp and Cheer Camp, where they trained with advanced, experienced coaches who helped them grow in confidence, teamwork, and technique. Whether mastering footwork on the field or perfecting stunts and cheers, the Debs embraced the challenge with energy and determination—improving every day and having a blast while doing it!
To top it all off, the Debs proudly took part in the Horse Show, a highlight of the summer that gave them the chance to demonstrate the riding skills they’ve been working hard to perfect. From grooming and guiding to trotting and jumping, their dedication and love for the horses truly shone through.
From spotlight moments to sneaky strategy, this week had it all—and the Debs made the most of every second. We have also been working hard on Deb Carnival, which was moved to Monday because of the rain. The girls can’t wait for their special day!!
Have a great weekend!
