Hello Deb Parents,
The week was jam packed with a lot of fun activities, despite the rain. For our 4th of July celebration we had a lot of fun playing a patriotic version of Predator with our top of the food chain being the bald eagle this year. After Predator, we had the girls paint all of the Deb counselors for our annual Paint a Counselor event! We continued the celebration with an amazing fireworks display at Berkshire Bob’s. The girls loved it, no surprise there, and we were even lucky enough to have the Romrec girls lead us in some songs before the fireworks began to keep us entertained.
This summer, the Debs and Subs are performing the show Peter Pan together. The girls had their auditions and have been cast in their roles! The girls are so excited to do a play together this summer and I am so excited to see it all come together!
On Friday night, we had Twin Night and it was a big hit for the Debs and their camp sisters. The girls were so creative in their designs and did a great job on the catwalk, modeling all their designs and crazy matching outfits.
For some secretive news, the girls have chosen a theme for Debs Carnival! The girls are so excited to see this idea come to life and surprise the whole camp with it. The theme is….I can’t tell you…it’s a secret. You’ll have to wait to find out like everyone else! (It’s pretty awesome).
