Senior A's Week 4

Senior A’s, Week 4

Dear Senior A Families,

Wow… what an exciting week that went by so fast!!! The girls were so excited to see all of you. They wanted to make sure their areas looked extra clean, organized and welcoming with their beautiful handmade signs. The girls enjoyed showing you around their summer home. I enjoyed meeting and talking to all of you. It was so nice to see the girls playing activities, having picnics, swimming and relaxing together on this beautiful day. I hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did! As soon as you left, the girls were amazing big camp sisters. They scooped up their little camp sister, gave them tight hugs and went down to rec swim to splash around with them. Later that night, we went to see the Clubhouse 7 production, “Fiddler on the Roof” which was so impressive.

We had a late wake-up on Monday and played an all camp, Counselor Hunt which is a big fun game of hide-n-seek. The counselors hid all around camp and the campers had a limited amount of time to find as many of the counselors as they could. Each counselor is worth a certain amount of points (some positive and some negative) which they don’t know until they find them. I have to give credit to the counselors who have found some amazing hiding spots!

Tuesday night we were all decked out in our flannels for some square dancing with Cliff Brodeur. The campers and counselors were busy promenading the evening away with their freinds. The Senior A’s all packed their bags for our first overnight trip to Lake George and Saratoga. We had a great itinerary planned such as mini-golf, walking around Lake George, Minnie HaHa boat ride, movies, Howe Cavern and stopping at some popular places in the area. We also had some yummy meals planned. They were so excited for this adventure and loved creating more lasting memories as a division.

We arrived back last night and we will be in fast forward motion as we prepare for our big event, Birthday Night!! We have a lot of work ahead of us but I am confident that your girls will all pull together as a division and Birthday Night will be a huge success. I look forward to sharing all of our updates next week to let you know how Birthday Night turned out.

Enjoy your week!!!
