Romrec, Week 3
Hello RR Families!
It’s crazy to think in just a few short days, we’ll be seeing all of you at our camp in the pines! Romrec has had yet another packed week full of amazing experiences. We just got back from Cape Cod and WOW, what a beautiful place. We spent an entire day in Provincetown (yes, there was shopping!) and we got to go on a breathtaking sailboat ride. The next day we had the opportunity to explore Nantucket! The girls definitely enjoyed the 2 hour ferry ride as they got the chance to work on Secret Show and take some “Titantic” themed pictures (“I’m the King of the World!!”-Leo DeCaprio). On our last day in Cape Cod, we got to quickly explore the Cape Cod Chip Factory and then we had a relaxing morning at the beach! While we had the best time, the girls were definitely excited to get back to camp. We had our annual tennis invite, which the girls placed 3rd in, our basketball tournament, volleyball invite, and the Greylock/Romaca swim meet. I don’t know how the girls do it, but they never fail to bring excitement and energy to every tournament they have. Thursday night is DJ Jeff! I know the girls are looking forward to showing off their dance to the entire camp (which they choreographed themselves!) I’m always so proud of them!
