Inters, Week 5

** Inters, Week 5**

Hi Parents!

We’ve had a busy week in the Berkshires!

Our week started with the Inters Hike WOOHOO!! The girls trekked what they thought was Mount Everest but really it was a 25 minute incline on a hill with absolutely no difficult trails. They enjoyed the panoramic view, took about a million and one polaroids, had some snacks, and then walked back downhill. Lauren joined them on their hike as well. They spent the afternoon at camp and went back into Nature for the rest of the night, there were even s’mores involved! They loved rooming with their besties in tents and sharing midnight secrets.

We also had a trip to Greylock to watch Romrec’s rendition of GREASE! The girls enjoyed watching their sisters and Greylock brothers shine. Their pouring of love and support was much appreciated by the cast. Cheers and chants for everyone! We love you Danny and Sandy! Following the Romrec show, we had the Debs’ performance of everyone’s favorite classic: Peter Pan. The girls were taken back to Neverland with Peter, Wendy, Tinkerbell, The Lost Boys, and especially, Captain Hook! It was stunning and so adorable, and the Inters surely enjoyed it.

Our huge evening activity this week was Treasure Hunt! The girls were split into separate teams composed of all divisions. They put their heads together to solve riddles. At the end of the activity, we had an awesome gift for everyone at camp…. WATER BOTTLES! Thanks, Jeff! All of Romaca was drinking water in their green and white bottles that night for dinner. It was awesome!

The long-awaited Birthday Night was breathtaking and they had kept the theme a secret all summer. The Senior A’s made a ‘groovy’ appearance to the 70’s themed event. Peace signs and flowers covered the walls, the girls shared birthday memories, and A LOT of cake was eaten. It was a a giant birthday celebration for all of us.

The girls’ play, Wicked, is later this week, and I am not sure I can take all the cuteness! (Stage Mom Adri is coming out!)

Stay tuned for the review…

XOXO,
