Annex, Week 3
Dear Annex Families,
Just a few short days until you get to see all of your beautiful girls! They have had another amazing week full of lots of events and activities. The girls performed their play, Beauty and the Beast, and they were spectacular! They are such a talented group of young ladies and we were all so proud of them as they took to the stage singing and dancing together. However, it wasn’t too long before the girls had to hang up their dancing shoes and trade them in for hiking boots and set off on their adventure! The weather was beautiful for them and they all completed the hike and had a blast! We collected them from the campgrounds on Wednesday and they were all exhausted and in desperate need of a fribble from Friendly’s. They all really enjoyed the experience and talked about how beautiful the trail was and shared their funny stories from their hike. That evening, the girls went to Greylock to watch the Senior A’s perform their play, Shrek the Musical. The play was great and everyone thoroughly enjoyed sitting back and enjoying some entertainment after all of their exercise and excitement the night before. When we got back to camp, we called a bunk meeting so that the girls could all come together as a division and we could discuss BANQUET!! The girls all worked so well together and decided on their theme so quickly and cohesively. They are excited to start the planning! I am sure you will hear all the details about it on Sunday! The girls are all looking forward to DJ Jeff and have all been helping to straighten eachothers’ hair and prepare for the big event! They are all doing so well and having a fabulous summer!
