Sub Seniors Week 4
Hello Sub Senior Parents!
Hope everyone had a great week! It was a pleasure meeting all of you last Sunday!
This week the Subs have had a jam packed week. On Tuesday the Subs enjoyed the annual square dance when Cliff Brodeur came to camp, they all looked very country in their shirts and shorts and hair in braids. They loved dancing to Cotton-Eyed Joe and Promenading all around the rec hall-they even limbo’ed! They were smiling and dancing the night away. The other night Harry Potter came to town and we played Quiddich in a fantastic evening activity organized by the bunk counselors which the campers really enjoyed. We used noodles (sadly, no flying broomsticks) and chased the golden snitch all about! We went on our trip to Six Flags last Wednesday: all of the subs really had an awesome time singing their hearts out on the bus ride there. While at the park they went on the rides and won lots of stuffed animals! The bravest conquered the Superman ride! Most importantly they bought a Sub “must have” superhero cape. The Subs have also begun planning for their special event this summer, Subsway, and they are very excited to show the rest of camp just how awesome they are and why they are the best division at camp. They are all brainstorming their theme ideas and are ready to make the event come alive. In the coming weeks the Subs are looking forward to all the special events and all the amazing evening activities in store for them to enjoy.
